About these puzzles

The puzzle section of LootHub is a small, free, daily puzzle corner — a mini crossword, a word worth knowing, a quiet line from a Stoic, and the weather where you happen to be. That's the whole site.

What's here

• The Mini Crossword — a 5×5 grid, refreshed daily. Click in, type letters, see how you did. Takes 1–3 minutes.
• Word of the Day — an interesting word with its roots, its meaning, and a small question to chew on.
• A morning line — a sentence from Marcus, Seneca, or Epictetus. One per day, sitting in the footer.
• Today's weather — opt-in. If you don't share your location, you don't see it. We never store the location.

• Dialectic — a small philosophy puzzle — is here as a side route for people who like that sort of thing.

Promises

• No ads, no sponsored content, ever.
• No third-party tracking. No analytics packages that follow you across the web.
• No accounts required for the daily puzzles.
• No leaderboards. The practice is the point.
• About the weather widget: if you opt in, your approximate coordinates are sent to open-meteo.com for the single weather query. We don't store them. We don't see them. The lookup happens browser-side; we just render the result.
